In my role as a notary public, I verify identity, administer oaths, and witness the signing of important documents. I also produce certified copies of originals.

As a loan signing agent, I facilitate closings related to home purchases and sales, HELOC loans, refinances, commercial and construction loans, and reverse mortgages.

My duties are threefold. I must determine that you are who you say you are, ensure that you are aware of what you will be signing, and make certain that you are signing of your own free will.

Please have a valid, unexpired government-issued form of identification ready so that I can verify your identity prior to notarizing your documents.

The identification card must feature your signature, your picture, and a physical description that includes your height, weight, hair color, and eye color. I will need to see the original identification card itself.  I cannot accept photographs (including pictures taken on cell phones) or paper copies of ID documents.
