I’m a member of and certified by the National Notary Association, and I’m also Loan Signing System-certified. I work in and around Maricopa County, primarily in the cities of Goodyear, Avondale, and Litchfield Park.

Although many of my signings are done in the 85338, 85392, 85323, 85340, and surrounding ZIP Code areas, I can also travel to Phoenix.  So if you are outside of the above areas, I may still be able to accommodate your notarization requests.

 

I have experience in legal and general proofreading. No detail is overlooked during loan closings and notarizations because I use this experience to my advantage.

General Notary Fees

I charge $10 per notarization.

I also prepare I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification forms. These forms are not to be notarized. However, I will verify your identity and sign the form as an authorized representative, thus certifying that identity documents were presented to me.  My fee for signing I-9 forms is $35.

I accept PayPal, cash, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express debit and credit cards.

Mobile notary fees

As per the State of Arizona, if I travel to your location, I will charge 44.5 cents per mile round trip in addition to the $10 general notarization fee. This mileage fee will be due immediately upon my arrival, whereas the notarization fee will be due upon completion of notarial acts.

For example, if I travel 7 miles each way to and from your location for a total of 14 miles, the mileage fee will be $6.23 and that will be due in addition to the notarization fee of $10. But keep in mind that I am based in Goodyear and, in general, I prefer to work in the Goodyear / Avondale / Litchfield Park areas.
